Alex Park Classical Guitar

Alex Park is an internationally acclaimed concert guitarist praised by Fanfare for his “winning combination of technical assurance, versatility, and interpretive finesse.” Since his debut in 2013, he has performed as a featured soloist and collaborator across the United States, Canada, and Europe. Alex has appeared with esteemed orchestras including the Lee's Summit Symphony in Kansas City, MO and orchestras in Los Angeles including the Culver City Symphony Orchestra, San Gabriel Valley Symphony, and Westlake Village Symphony. His studio album earned widespread critical praise, hailed as “Fantastic!” by Classical Guitar Magazine and has been broadcast on classical radio stations across North America. Alex holds a Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Southern California and earned degrees studying under legends Christopher Parkening and Andrew York. He currently serves on the faculty at Pepperdine University and leads the CalMuse Foundation.​

Beyond the concert stage, Alex is an active session guitarist and multi-instrumentalist for film and media, with work featured in award-winning projects recognized by the Emmy Awards, Cinema Los Angeles Film Festival, and the International New York Film Festival. In addition to classical and acoustic guitars, his studio capabilities include global stringed instruments such as the lute, oud, pipa, balalaika and many other instruments.
